Ryan M. Hailey is the Founder and CEO of Visus Industrial Solutions, bringing more than 19 years of executive leadership experience in manufacturing engineering, industrial operations, automation, and operational transformation across complex production environments.
Throughout his career, Ryan has led engineering and manufacturing initiatives for globally recognized industrial organizations including Irrigation, Whirlpool Corporation, and Advanced Drainage Systems. His background combines hands-on technical expertise with executive-level operational leadership, allowing him to bridge the gap between strategy and execution inside demanding manufacturing environments.
Ryan has built a reputation for stabilizing operations, improving manufacturing performance, reducing downtime, increasing throughput, and implementing scalable systems that drive measurable business results. His leadership experience spans manufacturing engineering, process optimization, KPI governance, automation integration, reliability systems, root cause analysis, continuous improvement initiatives, and cross-functional operational recovery efforts.

Ryan holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Indiana State University and an Associate of Science in Engineering Technologies from Owens Community College.
Juan Cardenas Lara – Chief Technology Officer
Juan Cardenas Lara serves as Chief Technology Officer at Visus Industrial Solutions, bringing more than 30 years of hands-on manufacturing engineering, extrusion systems, and industrial process optimization experience across complex blown film manufacturing operations.
Widely recognized for his ability to stabilize underperforming production environments and restore operational reliability, Juan has spent decades leading process improvement, equipment refurbishment, throughput optimization, and manufacturing recovery initiatives within demanding industrial settings. His expertise spans the complete blown film production system — from gearboxes, motors, screws, barrels, dies, and air rings to tension control systems, winders, pneumatics, electrical controls, and process stabilization.
Throughout his career, Juan has successfully led operational recovery efforts that improved throughput, reduced process variation, increased line stability, and strengthened manufacturing consistency across high-pressure production environments. His technical leadership has contributed to measurable gains in productivity, equipment performance, quality control, and operational discipline.
Juan’s experience includes commissioning multilayer blown film lines, executing global equipment transfers, refurbishing complex extrusion systems, implementing statistical process control (SPC), and training operations and maintenance teams to improve execution consistency and process accountability.
At Visus Industrial Solutions, Juan leads technical operations, manufacturing systems analysis, process optimization initiatives, industrial troubleshooting, and operational stabilization projects. His unique ability to combine deep mechanical expertise with process engineering and real-world operational leadership allows Visus to solve complex manufacturing challenges that directly impact uptime, quality, throughput, and profitability.
